1. How to request username and password for e-TRiS system ?

To request for Username and Password in order to access the e-TRiS system, employer and training provider has to write a formal letter using the company's LETTERHEAD with the following details:-

a. MyCoID Number:

b. Company Name:

c. Requestor Name:

d. Designation:

e. Email Address:

f. Telephone Number:

Then, employer or training provider need to fax the letter to 03-2096 4945 or email the pdf format letter with details as above to ithelpdesk@hrdf.com.my

2. How to access e-TRiS system if employer or Training Provider fail to login in the system?

Employer or Training Provider has to clear the cache. If after clearing the cache, the problem still persists, please capture the screen shot:

1.     The page error; and

2.     The page that you fill in before you get the error.

Then, send the request to IT Helpdesk Team at  ithelpdesk@hrdf.com.my for them to help resolving the issue.

3. What should Employer or Training Provider do when ‘Authentication Failed' alert appeared when login to e-TRiS system ?

Employer or Training Provider may try to key in their username and password after 30 minutes. If the screen still shows the ‘Authentication Fail', Employer or Training Provider has to write a letter using their company letterhead, state the problem and include below details:

1) Company Name:

2) MyCoID Number:

3) Requestor Name:

4) Email Address:

5) Contact number

Then, the Employer or Training Provider has to email the letter to IT Department, PSMB. The email address is ithelpdesk@hrdf.com.my

4. How to disable pop-ups blocker using Internet Explorer

Employer or Training Provider has to disable pop-ups blocker when the alert of ‘disable pop-ups blocker' appeared in the website. The steps are as below:

1.    Go to ‘tool' menu and click on it.

2.    Then, choose ‘internet option' in the box appeared.

3.    Then, click on ‘privacy' tool.

4.     Untick the ‘Turn on pop-up blocker'

5.    Lastly, click ‘OK'.

5. How to disable pop-ups blocker using Google Chrome

Employer or Training Provider has to disable pop-ups blocker when the alert of ‘disable pop-ups blocker' appeared in the website. The steps are as below:

1.    First, go to ‘menu' and click on it.

2.    Then, click on ‘setting'.

3.    Click on ‘show advanced setting' at the bottom of the page.

4.    Click on ‘content setting' button.

5.    In pop-ups, tick at ‘allow all sites to show pop-up'.

6.    Lastly, click ‘Done' button.
